A Merry Christmas Giveaway

HI everybody today I am very happy to announce to you that I am doing. A merry Christmas Giveaway. I got a few my blogger friends together and now we are giving away some lovely prizes to celebrate Christmas.
First up there are the Lovely ladies in navy who will be giving away one month of ad space.

1. What is your favorite holiday season tradition? During the Christmas Holiday we all gather at my mothers house, we exchange gifts and eat a big fancy meal.

2. Do you have a certain holiday movie you watch more than others? If so what is it?  I try to watch different Christmas movies each year, But I really love the Muppets Christmas Carol.

3. Show us your favorite decoration or pinterest decoration you wish you could have? I love odd coloured Christmas trees especially this pink one from Martha Stewart.

4. What is your favorite holiday song? Every version of Walking in a winter wonderland.

5. What is your favorite holiday dessert? Cookie Christmas wreaths or the chocolate versions that you hang in your tree.

6. What is on your wish list this year? I want to start collecting a lot of penguin classic books, so I’ll probably ask for one of those books.

1. What is currently on your wish list? I don't really have an actual wish list, but I have been into polymer clay earrings lately. Especially when they are as cute as these Mameshiba ones  from Etsy seller DoodieBear.

2. Share a new iPhone, droid, iPad app you have recently discovered that we all need. 8Tracks is an app that lets you listen to over a thousand playlists made by you and others.

3. What fall shows have you added to your DVR? This Season I am watching the new episodes of New girl and How I Met Your Mother.

The Sunday Social #2

This will be my second time joining the lovely Ashley from Ashley's carnival ride for the Sunday social.

1. What was your favourite Halloween costume as a kid? I loved to dress up as either a witch or a fairy when I was younger

2. If you could go back and dress up as something what would it be? I really enjoy some of the more unconventional costume’s, I have seen on Pinterest lately like this owl costume from Alpha mom.

3. Favourite costume as an adult? I still like to dress up as a witch

4. What is your favourite Halloween candy? I never really had any Halloween candy, I would really like to try some Candy Corn one day.

5. What is your favourite Halloween memory? Celebrating Halloween in high school. The school’s drama club made a haunted house which was actually pretty scary.

6. What's your favourite scary movie? I don't really like Scary movies, but my favourite Halloween movie is Hocus pocus.

I have been blogging for a while now and I forgot one of the reasons I love blogging, the blogging community.  This is why I am going to spend some time every week on getting to know fellow bloggers and blog readers.

1. What do you value most in life? My family and friends.

2. What do you think is the greatest invention in your lifetime and why? I would have to say wireless internet. I just love being able to check my email and update my blog anywhere I choose.

3. What do you think is the secret to a good life? Learning to find something beautiful in every day.

4. What would you most like to be remembered for when you are gone? I would love to be remembered as a good friend who was there when you needed her.

5. What accomplishment in your life are you most proud of? Continuing with my studies even with all the setbacks I have experienced.

6. If a movie was made about your life who would you like to play you? I cannot decide between Emma Watson and Alison Brie.

colourful TN + a small giveaway

Recently I received a travelling notebook from Melissa.

she came up with the lovely idea to make a travelling notebook and assigning every participant a colour so all the pages would be very colourful. I got assigned the colour blue ( I asked for this colour so I'm very happy)
I was the first person to write in this lovely notebook and a made 5 pages, filled with blue.
