These chicken nuggets are really easy to make and taste a lot better than the fast food chain stores nuggets(in my opinion).
boneless chicken breast
cornstarch or breadcrumbs
step 1: cut the chicken breast into nugget size chucks (making sure to remove the sinew)
step 2: lightly beat the egg in a bowl and put all the chicken pieces in.
step3: fill a shallow plate with a bit of cornstarch or breadcrumbs
step 4: take out a piece of chicken (making sure its fully coated with the egg) and roll it around in the cornstarch or breadcrumbs.
do this until you have coated all the chicken nuggets.
step5: heat up oil or butter in a frying pan.
step 6: add the chicken nuggets to the frying pan and cook for about 10 minutes, turning the nuggets every 2 to 3 minutes.
step7: cut the biggest nugget in half to check if they are done transfer to a plate and enjoy.
I like to eat my chicken nuggets with sweet chilly sauce.
