Starting today( its already past midnight) I will do the no junk food challenge.
I have tried this one before but I'm not really good at keeping my own promises. But this time I feel a little bit more confident about myself and I'm sure I will be able to keep myself from breaking my own rules this time.
To help myself a little I’m going to write down the rules on paper and stick them all over my belonging; in my planner, on my door, on my mirror. I already put it as a wallpaper on my laptop and I will try to convince my mom and boyfriend to stick one on the inside of the door which leads to the candy.
I’ll keep you updated on how its going hopefully there will be a big celebration post in 21 days.
